TotalMed is working with a health system in Texas looking for ongoing locums support for their PICU program. This opportunity accepts both NPs and PAs with PICU experience; NPs must have Pediatric Acute Care Certification. Details Below:
- ACPNP, PCCNP or PA-C
- Flexible schedule - Days, Evenings, Nights, & Weekends
- Weekend, night and holiday schedule is equally shared among team members
- 10 hour evenings
- 12 hour days/nights (0700-1900, 1900-0700)
- Self Scheduling in 4-week blocks
- Weekends include Friday evening, Friday Night, and Saturday and Sunday days and nights
- In-house night call
- Patient volume: Average of 6
- Arterial Line Placement, Central Venous Line, Chest Tube Placement, Endotracheal Intubation, Lumbar Puncture, PICC Placement
- BLS, PALS, NRP
- TX license or IMLC
