Opportunity Overview
Full-time post-acute care opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant providing on-site care in skilled nursing facilities in the Tucson area. This role offers strong clinical support, schedule flexibility, and uncapped earning potential.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time: 4–5 days per week
  • Rotating weekend coverage
  • Day call on weekdays and weekends
  • After-hours/night-time backup call only
  • Coverage across 48–58 bed skilled nursing facilities
  • Fee-for-service compensation model with uncapped productivity

  • Estimated annual compensation: $143,000–$171,000 (uncapped productivity)

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and follow-up visits
  • Develop and manage individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and coordinate interdisciplinary care
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation teams
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations

Candidate Requirements

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active Arizona license
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
  • Post-acute, rehab, PM&R, acute care, or clinic experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
