- Hospital employed practice seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join their team
- Salary: $145,000+ includes annual quality incentives up to $10K, RVU bonus based on annual threshold
- Join one physician and six LCSW’s in practice
- 1:16 call; phone call only
- Patient volume: Average of 14-17 patients/day
- Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
- Work schedule: 4 10-hour days per week
- Population: 35,000
- Rural area offering a healthy work/life balance
