NICU Pediatric APP Nurse Practitioner (NP)

A growing neonatal physician group in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking a NICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established Level III neonatal team.
Located in a scenic riverfront community, this role offers exceptional work-life balance, flexible scheduling, and a close-knit, highly supportive neonatal team.

What you’ll do
- Provide neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
- Collaborate with Neonatologists and APP team on patient management
- Participate in flexible 24-hour in-house coverage schedule
- Support high-quality neonatal care in a collaborative environment
What we’re looking for
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- NICU experience preferred
- Open to strong new grads with NICU background
- RN NICU background considered
- DEA required
- Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
