We are seeking a compassionate pediatric nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our well-established, multispecialty group in beautiful Walla Walla, WA. You'll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team providing high-quality, patient-centered care to a well-established and loyal patient base.

The city sits in the southeast corner of Washington state, not far from the confluence of the Columbia and Snake rivers. It has a population of just over 31,000 and is the regional hub for 100,000 people in southeastern Washington and northeastern Oregon. - Outstanding opportunity to join our expanding practice and work alongside 6 highly-regarded pediatricians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and tenured support staff.
- Manage full-scope care for patients from newborn through 18 years, including routine wellness, acute, and chronic conditions with the support of an in-house behavioral health team and onsite laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic services.
- We offer flexible full-time scheduling with customizable options, including four-day work weeks (4/10s), standard five-day weeks, or alternating schedules.

Qualifications:
- Experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
- State licensure and board certification is required
Competitive compensation with excellent benefits including:
- The salary range for this role is $130,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
