Job description
Aya Locums is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to support a growing pediatric service line through a locum opportunity starting this spring in Ilwaco, Washington. This is a great opportunity for a Pediatric NP seeking schedule flexibility, no call, and the chance to help build and shape a new pediatric service line with strong on-site support.
Specialty: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP-PC or PNP-AC)
Start Date: 03/2026 or sooner
Contract Length: 4-6 months
- Full-time or two weeks per month
- No call
Work Details:
• Outpatient and inpatient clinic coverage
• General Pediatrics responsibilities including:
- Well-child exams
- Sick visits
- Preventive care
- Acute and chronic condition management
- Asthma, diabetes, ADHD, and developmental concerns
- Patient volume goal: 16–18 per day
- New service line with gradual ramp-up
• EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification: PNP-PC or PNP-AC
- Experience in General Pediatric
- WA License Required
