Location: Ilwaco, Washington
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic

- Start Date: March 9, 2026 or sooner
- Assignment Length: 3–6 months
- Coverage Options:
- Full-time
- Two weeks per month
- Positions Available: 4
- Preference: Local providers
- Licensing: Not willing to license (active WA license required)
- Coverage Type: Scheduled only, no call
- Shift Type: Day shift
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
- Flexibility: Days can be flexible
- Block Scheduling: Not available
- Patient Volume: Goal of 16–18 patients per day
(New service line; ramp-up period expected) - Scope of Practice: General Pediatrics
- Well-child exams
- Acute and chronic condition management
- Sick visits and preventive care
- Asthma, diabetes, ADHD, developmental concerns
- Support Staff: 1 MA or RN plus front desk staff
- EMR: Epic
- Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Certification:
- PNP-PC or PNP-AC – Required
- Active Washington License: Required (no licensing support)
- No call responsibilities
- Outpatient-only setting
