Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time)

Location: Arlington, VA

Schedule: Part-Time (3 days per week; Monday, Tuesday, Friday preferred; but flexible to alternative schedules)


We are seeking a compassionate, progressive, and dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our thriving primary care practice in Arlington, VA. This is a part-time role designed for a provider who thrives in a diverse, inclusive environment and is committed to providing high-quality care to a vibrant patient population.


Qualifications:

  • Certification: Must be a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
  • Experience: Open to both experienced providers and new graduates.
  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility to obtain one) in the VA.
  • Attributes: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.

Scope of Practice:

  • Comprehensive Pediatric Primary Care: Manage a broad pediatric scope (ages 021), including well-child exams, sick visits, obesity, asthma and ADHD care.
  • Diagnostic Oversight: Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging, to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely Electronic Health Records (EHR) to ensure clinical excellence and continuity of care.
