We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dedicated pediatric care team in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Important: Family Nurse Practitioners must be fully comfortable providing care to newborns through the full pediatric age range.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Perform physical exams, routine screenings, and well-child visits
- Deliver evidence-based care to newborns, infants, children, and adolescents
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Provide clear health education and counseling to patients and families
- Quality, Compliance & Professional Standards
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and appropriate medical coding
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold best-practice standards across the organization
- Active PNP or FNP license in South Carolina
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably including pediatric care
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary pediatric team
