Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide primary care services to pediatric patients in a community health setting
- Deliver care to a diverse patient base, with approximately 75% Spanish-speaking patients (interpreters and bilingual MAs available)
- Manage a high percentage of Medical/Medicaid patients
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Utilize active California DEA and furnishing license for prescribing needs
- Adhere to organizational protocols and documentation standards
Additional Information
- Locum experience required
- Experience in FQHC, rural health, or IHS preferred
- Recent experience in a pediatric setting is mandatory
- Must possess current California licensure, DEA, and furnishing license
- Board certifications required: Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (PPCNP-BC)
- Assignment dates may be dependent on approved time off and Regional Medical Director approval
