Requirements: Graduate of a Family Nurse Practitioner or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program (new grads may be considered with prior NICU/Peds experience) Current RN and NP licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing NP Furnishing license (within 3 months of hire) DEA (or proof of application within 3 months of hire) Meets CMS criteria to bill Medicare Current AHA-HCP CPR Credentialed through Medical Staff and Finance office NRP within 6 months of hire PALS within 6 months of hire Desired: National Certification (PNP specialty), bilingual Spanish, NICU/pediatric acute care experience, intubation and emergency umbilical line placement experience Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Ability to work independently with diverse populations Effective verbal and written communication Leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills Reflective of organizational core values Salary &
