Pediatric Surgical Physician Assistant working Orthopedics in Pensacola, FL!
Daily Responsibilities- Manages and provides care for pediatric patients.
- Conducts parent interviews and takes family history.
- Collaborates with orthopedic surgeon concerning pertinent historical events and physical findings.
- Initiates referrals and maintains health records in the inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
- Participates in meeting goals of the department.
- Completes timely documentation as required by departmental policy and Nemours standards.
- Participates in daily rounds.
- On-call required.
Requirements
- Active Physician Assistant Licensure, with or without prescriptive authority
- Current AHA BLS
- Experience working in Orthopedics preferred
