Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This position starts as part-time (approximately 3 days per week) with the potential to move into a full-time role as our patient volume increases. We are also open to hiring a full-time APRN immediately for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct well-child visits, developmental screenings, and routine physical exams
• Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses and injuries
• Manage chronic pediatric conditions such as asthma, ADHD, and diabetes
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests when necessary
• Provide education and guidance to parents/guardians regarding nutrition, safety, and childhood development
• Collaborate with pediatricians and specialists to coordinate care plans
• Document all patient encounters accurately and timely in the EMR

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing
• Current and valid APRN or NP license
• BLS/PALS certification
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
