AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dynamic Pediatric APP (PA or APRN) to join an established, physician practice, conveniently located in the AdventHealth Daytona Beach hospital’s adjacent medical office building. Located only a short drive from I-95, easily accessible from the highway, allowing the option to either live locally or drive a short commute from one our neighboring cities.

We are looking for an APP who will model and lead excellence in clinical practice, provider-patient relationships, and professionalism while maintaining AdventHealth’s Mission, Vision, Values.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with pediatric patients
- Experience with providing full scope primary care services to a diverse patient population
- The ability to work independently
- Proficiency with minor office-based procedures
- Provide whole person care to our patients.
Job Responsibilities
• Master’s degree in Nursing (APRN) as an FNP or Physician Assistant (PA) studies
• Board Certification
• Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure)
• DEA License required (or ability to obtain)
Schedule Details:
• 36 Patient facing hours / 4 hours dedicated for administrative time
• Mon-Fri Schedule
• Practice call only; rotating weekend and holiday coverage.
Practice Overview
The practice is a part of AdventHealth Medical Group. AHMG is a sister organization of AdventHealth which employs 350+ physicians in 27 individual service lines. This aligned model and practice management experience provides the opportunity for the providers to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.
