OnCall Solutions is working with a Children's Hospital in Atlanta, GA that is looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who is experienced in working in an ED setting and with pediatrics to help pick up shifts.
This is a great opportunity to earn some extra cash, maintain the flexibility you may need for things outside of medicine, and expand your professional network.
FAST FACTS:
Annual Volume:
80,000
Trauma level I
SHIFTS:
10-hour shifts
Looking for people who are flexible to what shifts they can work (days, evenings, nights)
14 – 16 shifts per month
MUST be comfortable with treating patients ages 0 – 16 years old
Less procedural based – no lacerations and ortho techs do splinting.
Must be comfortable with suturing
ED has a fast-track area that you will mainly staff but at times they may be pulled into the ED
EMR: EPIC
PALS, ATLS, ACLS, and BLS certified.
REQUIREMENTS:
Active Georgia license and DEA
PA-C or NP
Proven experience working in an ED setting and with pediatrics and children
COMPENSATION:
To be discussed at the time of interview
