NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Roosevelt located in the Jackson Heights section of Queens, has committed to provide the full spectrum of care. The Center emphasizes primary and preventive care, working to help identify and achieve health goals. Gotham Health, Roosevelt focuses on improving health and well-being and also prevent, treat and manage ongoing health conditions.
Responsibilities:
We are currently accepting applications or a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at our Roosevelt facility.
- This position is responsible for managing a primary care patient panel
- Participate in system-wide performance improvement and quality management projects as needed
- Work collaboratively with physician staff and members of the medical team
- Provide education to medical students as required
Qualifications:

Masters Degree - Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Current NYS License and registration as a Nurse Practitioner

Cultural sensitivity to a diverse and under-served patient population
