Healthcare United is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient pain management practice in Daytona Beach, Florida.
The NP will work closely with experienced physicians caring for patients with spine, neurological, and chronic pain conditions. This opportunity combines comprehensive patient management with the ability to expand procedural skills in a physician-led outpatient setting.
The position includes a competitive salary of $110,000–$140,000, bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and no hospital rounding.

Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage spine, neurological, and chronic pain conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans with physician collaboration
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies
• Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice
• Perform or train in joint injections, trigger point injections, nerve blocks, and related pain procedures
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, procedures, medications, and long-term treatment plans
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff
Qualifications
• Active Florida APRN license
• National board certification
• DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Previous APP experience preferred
• Pain management, neurology, orthopedics, PM&R, spine, or related experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Procedural skills preferred
• Strong communication and patient education abilities
• EMR documentation experience
