**Clinical Responsibilities**
- Evaluate and manage patients referred for pain management and medical management
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including:
- Review of past medical, family, and social history
- History of present illness
- Review of systems
- Physical examination and clinical assessment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans
- Order and coordinate appropriate diagnostic testing
- Review test results with patients and provide education, counseling, and follow-up care
- Coordinate care with physicians and other members of the healthcare team
- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation

**Schedule**
- Full-time, outpatient clinic schedule
- Monday–Friday clinic hours
- No inpatient responsibilities
- No call or minimal call, depending on practice needs

**Requirements**
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
- Completion of an accredited advanced practice nursing program
- Active Pennsylvania CRNP license or application in process
- Pain management or related clinical experience preferred
- Strong patient communication and care coordination skills
