A growing multidisciplinary healthcare practice is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join its collaborative clinical team. This role focuses on providing patient-centered care through comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and hands-on therapeutic procedures to help patients manage pain and improve mobility.
The ideal candidate will have experience in IV therapy, trigger point injections, and joint injections, and will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals in an integrated care environment.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Administer IV therapy, trigger point injections, and joint injections for pain management and functional improvement
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies when necessary
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
1-3 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Experience performing IV therapy and injection procedures (trigger point and joint injections)
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
Preferred Experience:
Experience in pain management, integrative medicine, or musculoskeletal care
Familiarity with complementary therapies such as chiropractic care, acupuncture, or physical therapy
Background in collaborative or multidisciplinary healthcare settings
