🩺 Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and pain assessments

Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

Manage acute and chronic pain conditions

Prescribe and monitor medications (including controlled substances per NJ guidelines)

Order and interpret labs and diagnostic imaging

Assist with or perform in-office pain procedures (if trained/credentialed)

Provide patient education on pain management strategies

Ensure accurate EMR documentation and regulatory compliance

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including orthopedics and physical therapy
📋 Qualifications
✅ Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license
✅ Board Certified (AANP or ANCC)
✅ Active DEA registration
✅ Prior Pain Management, Orthopedics, PM&R, or Internal Medicine experience preferred
✅ Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently within collaborative practice model
