Overview:
We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join our Pain Management team. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized pain management plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. This is a full-time position emphasizing professionalism, patient-centered care, and continuous clinical excellence.

Required Skills:
  • Valid license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in your state
  • Proven experience in pain management or related clinical settings
  • Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Certification in Pain Management or related specialties
  • Experience with interventional pain procedures
  • Knowledge of current pain management guidelines and treatments
  • Bilingual capabilities to support diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing (MSN or higher)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in pain management or a similar specialty highly preferred
  • Active state and national certifications relevant to your role

Other Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work during established clinic hours, Monday through Friday, typically 8 am to 5 pm
  • Ability to adapt to evolving clinical protocols and healthcare regulations
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training
  • Endorsed by applicable licensure, certifications, and immunizations; travel and licensure reimbursement as applicable
