Pain Management Nurse Practitioner - North Fort Worth & Arlington, TX

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pain Management Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a multidisciplinary practice that provides medical, physical therapy, and chiropractic services to personal injury patients. The NP will play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients experiencing acute pain, working closely with a collaborative healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

This position involves performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, providing interventional procedures as appropriate, and educating patients on effective pain management strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and obtain detailed patient histories.

  • Assess pain levels and determine the impact on patient function and daily activities.

  • Utilize diagnostic tools/tests to identify underlying causes of acute pain.

  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based pain management plans.

  • Recommend and perform interventional procedures such as joint and trigger point injections when medically indicated.

  • Educate patients and families on pain management methods, medications, and lifestyle modifications.

  • Provide counseling and support to improve patient coping and overall quality of life.

  • Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Nursing with specialization in Pain Management.

  • Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) preferred, with active RN and NP licensure in the state of Texas.

  • Prior experience in pain management or a related specialty is required.

  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.

  • Proficiency in pain management techniques and interventional procedures.
