We are seeking compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) to join a leading multidisciplinary pain management team across Kentucky, and Indiana. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on delivering cutting-edge chronic pain care.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct medical histories, physical exams, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and studies.
• Educate patients on care plans, procedures, medications, and ongoing care expectations.
• Perform follow-ups to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct hospital consults and coordinate with referring and primary care providers.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records.
• Engage in marketing, staff training, and peer education initiatives.
• Provide occasional coverage at affiliated clinic sites as needed.
Qualifications
• National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
• Valid DEA license or eligibility upon hire.
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
• ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
