We are a busy, dynamic, pain center looking for someone to join our team in delivering quality healthcare services. We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner, APRN to join our team and provide our patients with skilled, compassionate and comprehensive care. Helping the patients in our community return to their lives with better quality and function.
Job Responsibilities
• Orders, collects and performs appropriate lab, diagnostic and imaging studies
• Formulates a treatment plan based on findings and patients’ response to treatment.
• Implements therapeutic interventions for specific pain conditions when appropriate.
• Exercises judgment on conditions requiring consultation, referral or evaluation and collaborates as required.
• Has comprehensive knowledge regarding medication management, prescribing appropriate narcotic and non-narcotic medications to manage pain conditions maintaining safe prescribing guidelines.
• Extensive knowledge regarding pain conditions and referring for appropriate interventional pain procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills when communicating with patients, clients, co-workers and clinical staff.
Qualifications
Licensed APRN in the state of Nebraska
Holds a non-restricted DEA license
2 years of Advanced Practice Nursing experience
