Position Title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA) - Pediatric Otolaryngology

Experience Level: Experience preferred; however, new graduates will be considered depending on background and experience.

Position Summary:

We invite a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Otolaryngology division, providing care for our pediatric patients. This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive outpatient care for routine and complex ENT conditions. The successful candidate will also perform minor in-office procedures and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and manage pediatric patients with a broad range of otolaryngologic needs.
  • Perform minor procedures in the office setting with proficiency and care.
  • Provide care across multiple clinic locations, with willingness to travel to up to three sites on varying days.
  • Maintain a full outpatient clinic schedule during standard business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), with no inpatient duties or on-call responsibilities.

Education:

  • Graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing

Experience: 1 year experience as a nurse practitioner or 2 years registered nurse experience in an acute care setting

Required Professional License and/or Certifications

  • Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) AND
  • Registered Nurse (RN) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration or Registered Nurse (RN) Issued by Compact State AND
  • Nurse Practitioner (CNP) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration AND
  • Certified Nurse Practitioner - Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Acute Care (CPNP-AC), or Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Primary Care (CPNP-PC), or Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (PPCNP-BC) or Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) AND
  • Demonstrated experience in comprehensive ENT clinical care for pediatrics, preferably with a surgical background.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills, characterized by patience, approachability, and professionalism.
