- Other details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. Clinic-based ENT procedure experience is preferred but not required. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with coverage split between two sites.

Job Responsibilities
* Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ENT conditions in a clinic setting
* Perform clinic-based ENT procedures as appropriate
* Document patient encounters accurately using the Epic EMR
* Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care
Qualifications
* Board-certified or board-eligible
* Active and unrestricted Georgia state license
* Ability to complete credentialing within a 21-day timeframe
* Experience in outpatient ENT preferred but not required
Working Hours
* Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
* On-site clinical hours only
* Coverage split between two clinic sites
