- Provide patient-centered medical care under the supervision of our experienced physicians
- Assess both immediate and long-term patient care needs
- Actively listen to patients’ concerns and deliver root-cause solutions
- Conduct patient evaluations through interviews, physical exams, and detailed medical histories
- Perform in-office procedures tailored to patient needs
- Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health
Job Responsibilities
Explain the clinic’s unique approach to care and educate patients on available treatment options.
Perform in-office nasal endoscopies and interpret findings to guide care plans.
Refer patients for additional diagnostic testing as appropriate, including sleep studies, CT scans, and allergy testing.
Review CT scans and discuss results directly with patients.
Serve as the patient’s primary point of contact, managing the full continuum of their care journey.
Collaborate with physicians and other advanced practice providers to perform in-office procedures when indicated.
Provide hands-on clinical care and conduct follow-up visits to ensure continuity and optimal outcomes.
Exercise a high level of autonomy in managing daily clinic operations, including solo practice days.
Qualifications
Open to candidates with a background in a variety of clinical settings, including hospital or emergency medicine.
Ideal for providers seeking a change from traditional hospital schedules.
1–2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) or related specialty.
