Opportunity Overview
SIH is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider to join our established ENT/Audiology practice in Herrin, Illinois. In this specialized role, you'll work alongside the Medical Director along with experienced audiologists and nursing staff to provide excellent care to the patients of Southern Illinois.
Position Highlights:
- In-House Audiology: Seamless collaboration with audiologists for comprehensive patient care.
- Advanced Practice Provider Support: Dedicated APPs in clinic to enhance efficiency and patient access.
- Multidisciplinary Clinic Building: Includes an ambulatory surgery center, pediatrics, and primary care—promoting integrated care.
- Dedicated Office Suite and Staff: Personalized support to help you focus on patient care.
- Epic EMR: Streamlined documentation and coordination across the system.
- Cases: Head, neck thyroid cancers and benign parotid masses
- Medical Assistant and APP's
- 2 OR days 3 clinic days
- 6-15 cases
Job Responsibilities

Receive mentorship from experienced providers
Maintain autonomy with a dedicated patient panel
Qualifications
Current board certification (PA or NP)
Illinois Controlled Substance License or eligible to obtain
IL DEA or eligible to obtain
Current BLS certification
