Job Title: ENT Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Outpatient Clinic | $40-$65/hr | Monday-Friday | New Grads Welcome
Location: Mount Vernon, OH
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat common ear, nose, and throat disorders
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including lab work, imaging, and hearing tests
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician
• Prescribe medications and therapies according to state regulations
• Perform minor in-office procedures such as ear irrigation, foreign body removal, nasal packing, wound care, and suture removal
• Assist physicians with ENT procedures when needed
• Educate patients about treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
• Document patient visits accurately in the EMR system
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers when necessary
Qualifications
• Active Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain)
• Board certification as FNP, AGNP, or similar NP specialty
• DEA license or ability to obtain
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
