- 🚑 Level I Trauma Center exposure
- 🖥️ EPIC EMR
🗓️ Schedule & Coverage
- Shift Hours: 🕗 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Call: 10 days per month
- Call Ratio: 1:3
🩺 Practice Setting
- Office hours
- Inpatient post-operative floor
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
📊 Average Patient Volume:
- Approximately 12 patients per day
👩⚕️ Scope of Practice & Responsibilities
- 🧵 Suture removal
- 🩺 Diagnose and treat acute illnesses
- 🧪 Order & interpret diagnostic tests
- 💊 Write prescriptions
- 📝 Pre-operative physical examinations
- 🔄 Coordination of care
- 🏥 Rounding on post-op and ICU patients
Patient Population:
- Adult & Geriatric
✅ Requirements
- ✔️ ANCC or AANP Certification
- ✔️ Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner License
- ✔️ BLS & ACLS
