• Service Setting: Emergency Room (Critical Access Hospital)

• Coverage Period: December 31, 2025 – Ongoing
• Clinical Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts , NPPA Shift 7A-5P

• Contract End Date: Open
• Specific schedule is flexible/not yet available

• Patient Volume/Census: 13,000 annual ED volume
• Case Mix: Emergency Medicine
FACILITY INFORMATION
• No. of Beds in Department: 10-bed ED, 29 hospital beds
• Specialty Backup Available: 24-hour physician coverage
• Reason for Coverage: Full Time Vacancy
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Credentialing Timeline: 44 days

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Actual state license board certification in hand
• Board: Board Certified (NP/PA)
• DEA: MO DEA in hand
• Certifications: ACLS Required , BLS, PALS (NP/PA)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide specialized advanced practice coverage in the Emergency Room.
• Work 12-hour shifts.
• Fulfill all required certification and licensing requirements.
• Cover scheduled shifts (e.g., 7A-5P shift mentioned).
