- April 27, 2026- Ongoing
- Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Shift: Day, 8 hours with a 30-minute lunch
- No Call
Clinical Details
- Procedures: Fracture evaluation and management, evaluation of acute and chronic pain of orthopedic/sports medicine injuries/conditions, performing large and small joint injections/aspirations, medication prescriptions/management
- Patient Age Group: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
- Patients per day: 25-30
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: MA, LPN, AT, Clinical lead, Front desk lead, Practice manager
- Hospital Bed Size: 144
- Special Procedures: Non-surgical
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active OH License and DEA
- Certifications Preferred: CAQSM
- Minimum Experience Required: 3 years
