Job Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients in the Orthopedics and Men’s Health specialties.
• Perform clinic evaluations, hospital rounding, surgical assists, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
• Perform procedures within the scope of practice, including joint injections and minor surgical assists.
• Educate patients on health management and preventive care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care in a rural community setting.
Qualifications
• Current licensure as a Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Nebraska. ( or Ability to obtain)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS), ACLS, and PALS validation required.
