StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $97.00 - $105.00
This facility is seeking an Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Call & requirements: Monday–Friday, 8a–4:30p; occasional night call 4:30p–8a as needed. Must be able to handle inpatient ortho trauma and elective cases, write orders, and manage post-op care. Requires active California license, Board Certification, BLS, ACLS, and DEA. Minimum availability required for dates June 26 – July 21, 2026.
- Supervision vs independent: Works independently alongside secretary and peer NP.
- EMR: Cerner
- Certifications required: Board Certified NP/PA, DEA, BLS, ACLS
- Number of operating rooms: Not specified
- License required or accepting IMLC: Active CA license required; IMLC not accepted
