Orthopedic Surgery - Busy Elective Practice and Team

Orthopedic Surgery APP sought to join our very busy practice with CHI Health Clinic Good Samaritan in Kearney, Nebraska. This position offers the opportunity for a new grad or experienced APP to partner with the most productive Surgeon in the region. This is a terrific position for someone who would like a surgical position and is passionate about assisting and medical management.

  • Assist Orthopedic Surgeon with patient care in the surgical, hospital, and clinical setting
  • Assist in a variety of orthopedic surgeries and procedures, including primary and revision joint replacements, sports medicine, and trauma.
  • Share in rounding on inpatients - CHI Health Good Samaritan Hospital
  • Multiple specialties available for consultative services
  • Large primary care partner base for referrals
  • Full clinic staff with expert cast fitter - highly collaborative and supportive colleagues

CHI Health [Register to View] is a 287 bed regional referral center. Over 300,000 catchment area. in 2014 it completed a $64 million hospital expansion with new surgical suites, endoscopy suites, cath labs, PACU, outpatient surgical, and cardiac center. It is a Level II Trauma center with AirCare flight and EMS services. It has a 24-bed open ICU with 24/7 hospitalist service.
