Nurse Practitioner - Oncology
Location: WA
Schedule: Days; 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM–5:00 PM); expected duration 6 months (per Order)
Position Overview
Provide outpatient medical oncology and hematology services in a clinic setting, working collaboratively with a physician.
Key Responsibilities
Provide medical oncology and hematology services in an outpatient clinic setting (per Order)
See an average of 14–15 adult patients per day (per Order)
Perform rounding duties as part of daily responsibilities (per Order)
Work in a 1:1 model alongside a medical oncologist (per Order)
Document care using Epic EMR
Required Qualifications
Active Washington license in hand at time of presentation (per Order)
Background in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology (per Order)
BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross only, per Order)
Proficient Epic user (per Order)
Provide documented clinical activity in hematology/medical oncology within the previous 24 months (waived for those who completed training within the past year, per Order)
