Coverage Needed
- As Soon As Credentialed (ASAC) - End of September
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Call Schedule: First call for patient and hospital phone calls Tuesday 4:30 PM - 8:00 AM, Friday 4:30 PM - Monday 8:00 AM
- On-site inpatient rounding Saturday & Sunday
- Call Ratio: One rotation every 5-6 weeks, dependent upon staffing
Clinical Details
- Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric
- Practice Composition: 65% benign hematology, 35% malignant oncology
- Number of Physicians: 8
- Advanced Practice Providers (APPs): 4
- Average Patients Per Day - Outpatient: 15
- Average Patients Per Day - Hospital (Call/Rounding): 20
- Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient and Inpatient Setting
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Requirements
- Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology
- Active SC license (will accept providers needing to obtain a state license)
- BLS
- DEA
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
