Job Responsibilities
- Manage bone marrow transplants and blood bank orders
- Prescribe and order tests and images
- Administer chemotherapy as a Nurse Oncologist
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology
- Active SC license (willing to accept providers needing to obtain a state license)
- Current BLS and DEA certification
- A recent Self-Query NPDB report (within 30 days of presentation)
Working Hours
- Rotating schedule with inpatient rounds on weekends
- Call coverage includes patient and hospital phone calls
Skills
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
- Strong clinical management skills in hematology and oncology
- Excellent communication abilities for patient and team interactions
