• Patient Volume: 15 OP; 20 IP Call/Rounding
• Patient Demographics: Adult, Geriatric
• Rounding Included: Yes (Sat & Sun; IP)
• % of Practice: 65% Benign Hematology, 35% Malignant Oncology
• Physicians in Practice: 8
• Mid-levels in Practice: 4
• EMR: Epic
• Required Procedures:
- Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes.
• Other Info: Administration of Chemotherapy by Nurse Oncologist.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active SC License or willing to obtain
• BC
• BLS
• DEA
• NPDB report (obtained in the last 30 days)
