Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Oncology
Salary: $192,233 to $239,582 annually + 10% bonus + sign-on
Requirements to apply
• Active California NP or PA license
• Board Certified
• Minimum 2 years NP or PA experience preferred
• Oncology experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient oncology setting
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Oncology NP or PA to support a team of Medical Oncologists in a primarily outpatient setting. This role includes managing follow-up visits for patients undergoing treatment or surveillance, supervising infusion center operations, educating patients and families on cancer therapies, and coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include ordering and interpreting labs and imaging, managing treatment side effects, triaging urgent patient needs, and maintaining timely documentation. Additional opportunities include participation in clinical trials, survivorship programs, and academic collaboration.
