This permanent Oncology NP position offers a physician-led environment, strong interdisciplinary support, and access to cutting-edge cancer treatments including infusion therapy, radiation oncology collaboration, genetic testing, tumor boards, surgical oncology (including robotics), and clinical trials.

Be part of a mission-driven oncology team focused on compassionate cancer care, patient education, and family-centered treatment planning.

Job Responsibilities

β€’ Provide comprehensive outpatient oncology care
β€’ Conduct evaluations, follow-ups, and treatment management
β€’ Collaborate with Medical Oncologists and multidisciplinary teams
β€’ Participate in tumor boards and care coordination meetings
β€’ Manage chemotherapy-related side effects and symptom control
β€’ Support infusion services and treatment planning
β€’ Educate patients and families on diagnosis and treatment plans
β€’ Coordinate care across multiple clinic locations as needed
β€’ Maintain detailed EMR documentation

Qualifications

β€’ Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Nursing – Required
β€’ Board Certified Nurse Practitioner – Required
β€’ Minimum 3–5 years Oncology NP experience (NP experience only) – Required
β€’ Active Iowa and Illinois licenses (or willing to obtain) – Required
β€’ DEA & CSR/CDS (or able to obtain prior to start) – Required
β€’ Clean malpractice history – Preferred
β€’ Current NPDB Self-Query Report – Required

Working Hours

β€’ Monday–Friday
β€’ Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
β€’ No Call
β€’ Outpatient Clinic Setting
