Southern Oregon Coast | 4-Day Work Week | Outpatient Focus

A127-bed Level III Trauma Center and the largest hospital on the Southern Oregon Coast, is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our growing Oncology service line. Serving a catchment area of over 320,000, we are committed to delivering high-quality cancer care to our coastal community.

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring local residency (relocation may be required). Locum-to-perm candidates will be considered (Job #53164).

๐Ÿฉบ Practice Highlights

  • Full-time, Day shift

  • Four 10-hour shifts weekly

  • No nights or weekends

  • Paid call (shared equally)

  • Primarily outpatient, with occasional inpatient consults

  • Currently staffed by 2 Oncologists and 1 NP Locum

  • Average compensation: $135,626.50 annually (based on significant experience)

โœ… Qualifications

All items required at name clear unless otherwise noted:

  • Board Certified NP or PA

  • AONCP certification (or in process) โ€“ Required for NPs

  • PA Oncology subspecialty training โ€“ Preferred

  • Oregon license (or willing to obtain)

  • Must have ties to Oregon (family, previous residence, etc.)

  • Oncology NP/PA experience in inpatient and/or outpatient setting โ€“ Preferred

  • Clean malpractice history

  • Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days; no exemptions)
