This is a full-time, permanent position (no locums) primarily based in Davenport, with coverage responsibilities in Clinton and Silvis. Candidates must be willing to travel between all three clinic locations.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Master’s and/or Doctorate from accredited Nursing Program

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

• Active Iowa and Illinois licenses (or willing to obtain)

• Minimum 3–5 years Oncology NP experience (NP experience only; RN experience does not count)

• DEA (or able to obtain prior to start)

• CSR/CDS (or able to obtain prior to start)

• Willing to provide coverage in Davenport, Clinton, and Silvis

• Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days at presentation; no exemptions)

• Clean malpractice history preferred
