- Must be willing to travel among three locations.
- Minimum 3-5 years Oncology NP work experience (not including RN experience) - not accepting new graduates
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Clean malpractice is preferred.
Submission Requirements
- Master’s and/or Doctorate degree from accredited Nursing Program (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - [REQUIRED]
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner - [REQUIRED]
- IA and IL licenses (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
- Copy of most recent NPDB Report (within 30 to 60 days active) - [REQUIRED] * no exemptions
- Minimum 3-5 years Oncology NP work experience (not including RN experience) - [REQUIRED]
- DEA Verbal Confirmation (or able to obtain prior to start) - [REQUIRED]
- CSR/CDS (or able to obtain prior to start) - [REQUIRED]
