- Full-time, Day shift
- Four ten-hour shifts, no nights or weekends
- Paid call shared equally
- Primarily Outpatient with occasional Inpatient consults
- Services include radiation therapy, chemotherapy, medical oncology, cancer support services, clinical trials
- New 19 chair infusion room, pharmacy in house, nurse navigation, radiation oncology & lab located in the center
- High caliber, collegial, outstanding nurse infusion team
- Functions as a member of the clinical patient care team performing tasks and procedures consistent with the training and licensure of an advanced practice provider.
- Demonstrates the ability to use various software programs applicable to the position, to operate applicable office equipment
Efficiency with software interfaces (EPIC)
- Board Certified NP or PA - [REQUIRED]
- AONCP certification (or in process) - FOR NP CANDIDATES - [REQUIRED]
- Oregon license (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
- Does the provider have ties to Oregon - i.e. family in the area or has lived in OR at some point? (Note in "Additional Submission Details") - [REQUIRED]
- Experience practicing as an Oncology NP/PA in an Inpatient and/or Outpatient setting (Note in "Experience" field) - HIGHLY PREFERRED] / [PREFERRED]
- Clean Malpractice History/Background - [REQUIRED]
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - [REQUIRED] * no exemption, required at presentation
