This Oncology Nurse Practitioner role offers the opportunity to work within an integrated Population Health model, providing comprehensive cancer care in outpatient settings and via telehealth. Job Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive oncology-focused physical exams and patient assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic oncologic conditions
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications and supportive oncology therapies within scope
• Provide symptom management (pain, nausea, fatigue, emotional support)
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and disease processes
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary case reviews and care coordination
• Monitor treatment response and adjust plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Participate in research initiatives and clinical trials as applicable

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program (Family or Adult-Geriatrics)
• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License
• National Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or ONCC)
• Oncology experience preferred; New Graduates encouraged to apply
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
• EMR/EHR proficiency

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Schedule (Outpatient-Based)
