Rewarding locum oncology NP opportunity in a well-supported outpatient cancer center. Enjoy a daytime schedule, collaborative oncology care, and the chance to make a meaningful impact while working with an experienced multidisciplinary team.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage oncology patients in an outpatient clinic
• Perform staging workups and assist in treatment planning
• Initiate and manage chemotherapy and immunotherapy plans
• Collaborate with radiation and surgical oncology teams
• Oversee infusion therapy and treatment delivery
• Coordinate patient care across regional health systems
• Document care using Mosaiq/Meditech EMR
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner
• Active ND license or willingness to obtain
• BLS & DEA – Required
• Oncology experience – Preferred
• Clean malpractice history – Preferred
Working Hours
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Coverage needed at least 3 days per week
(Mon–Wed or Tues–Thurs)
• No weekends or call
