Position Highlights

Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts per week (no nights or weekends)

Setting: Primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient consults

Team: Work alongside oncologists, APPs, nurse navigators, pharmacists, radiation oncologists, and a highly skilled infusion nursing team

Responsibilities
-
Provide comprehensive oncology care and patient management in outpatient and consultative inpatient settings
-
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care
-
Perform evaluations, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and manage treatment plans
-
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a team-oriented environment
-
Maintain accurate documentation within EPIC EMR
Requirements
-
Board Certified NP or PA – Required
-
AONCP Certification (or in process) – Required for NP candidates
-
Oncology subspecialty training or experience – Preferred for PA candidates
-
Active Oregon license (or willingness to obtain) – Required
-
Clean malpractice history/background – Required
-
Copy of NPDB self-query report – Required
-
Experience in Oncology (inpatient and/or outpatient) – Preferred
Compensation & Benefits

Average Salary: $135,626.50 annually (based on full-time, experienced APP)
