Come be a part of a compassionate and collaborative cancer care team in Coos Bay, Oregon, where you’ll deliver high-impact oncology care in a primarily outpatient setting. This full-time position offers an exceptional quality of life — four 10-hour day shifts, no nights or weekends, and shared, paid call — all while living in one of the most scenic regions of the Pacific Northwest.

Work alongside top-tier oncologists, infusion nurses, and clinical support staff in a state-of-the-art cancer center affiliated with OHSU Knight Cancer Network. If you're passionate about providing personalized, evidence-based oncology care, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

🔍 Role Highlights:

  • Full-time, permanent position

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week

  • No nights or weekends

  • Paid call shared equally among providers

  • Primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient consults

  • Join a team of 2 Oncologists and 1 Locum NP

  • Services include radiation therapy, chemotherapy, medical oncology, clinical trials, and cancer support services

  • Work in a newly renovated cancer center with:

    • 19-chair infusion room

    • In-house pharmacy

    • Radiation oncology and lab services

    • Nurse navigation and full supportive care team

  • Utilize Epic EMR for seamless care coordination

🧠 What You Bring:

  • Board-Certified NP or PA – Required

  • AONCP Certification (or in progress) – Required for NPs

  • Oncology subspecialty training or experience – Highly preferred for PAs

  • Oregon license (or willingness to obtain) – Required

  • Ties to Oregon – Required (e.g., family or previous residence)

  • Oncology experience in inpatient or outpatient setting – Preferred

  • Clean malpractice and background history – Required

  • NPDB self-query report – Required
