Join Beebe’s Oncology Team and Help Shape the Future of Cancer Care on the Coast

Beebe Healthcare is more than just a hospital — we’re a close-knit, mission-driven team delivering top-tier care in one of the most beautiful places to live on the East Coast. Located in a vibrant coastal community with stunning beaches, endless outdoor activities, and a relaxed pace of life, Beebe gives you the chance to grow your career and enjoy where you live.

We’re currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner with experience in Oncology to join our dynamic and growing cancer care team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work side-by-side with medical oncologists in both outpatient and occasional inpatient settings, where your voice is valued and your impact is felt every day.

Why This Role Matters

As a key member of our oncology care team, you’ll be involved in everything from initial patient assessments and therapeutic planning to patient education and clinical research. Your advanced practice skills, clinical judgment, and compassion will be at the heart of how we deliver personalized, evidence-based cancer care to our community.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate closely with our Medical Oncology physicians to manage care for patients during outpatient visits and as needed for inpatient consults

  • Perform comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop patient-specific care plans

  • Prescribe and manage pharmacologic therapies, manage symptoms, and provide anticipatory guidance and education to patients and families

  • Participate in cancer center clinical trials, overseeing research nurses and contributing to ongoing program development

  • Deliver clear, compassionate communication with patients and families, while coordinating care with nurses and fellow providers

  • Stay current with the latest oncology research and treatment protocols, and participate in performance improvement initiatives that keep Beebe at the forefront of care

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing

  • BLS certification required

  • At least 5 years of clinical oncology nursing experience, or a formal oncology preceptorship

  • Strong critical thinking, diagnostic, and patient management skills

  • A team-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional, patient-centered care

  • Comfort with EHRs and basic computer systems

  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, mission-focused environment

The Perks of Working at Beebe

  • A collaborative, tight-knit care team that values your expertise and ideas

  • Opportunities for continued education and leadership in research

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package

  • Coastal living with quick access to beaches, trails, and local charm

  • A strong, stable health system deeply rooted in the community

Ready to bring your oncology expertise to a team where your work truly matters? Apply now to join Beebe and help us deliver compassionate, cutting-edge cancer care — right here where the coast meets community.
